A resident of Sedona for the past 15 years, Alec Chapman is a hardworking, licensed Real Estate Agent with an uncanny ability to spot the best deals in town. Sedona-raised, he has explored every inch and mile of the area and provides keen insight to his clients in order to optimize their profits.

In 2019, Alec joined the Cindy Chapman Group run by his mother, Cindy, an award-winning Real Estate Agent who has repeatedly been voted Sedona’s Best Agent. While in the Group, Alec has earned his clients top sales for their homes, and has proved his dedication and attention to detail in all of the transactions he’s been a part of.

In addition to residential real estate, Alec holds areas of expertise in investment properties, such as Airbnb’s VRBO’s, and long-term rental properties. Prior to joining the family business, Alec worked in commercial real estate where he specialized in income-producing multifamily properties for private clients. His educational background includes the WP Carey School of Business, where he holds a Business degree. Alec is one to vouch for his clients and he is most passionate about securing the best deals possible every step of the way.

In his free time, Alec enjoys hiking the trails in Sedona, discovering and experiencing new restaurants in town, and working on his own home renovation projects. He is also an avid snowboarder, golfer, and outdoorsman.
